olive oil

350g Quorn pieces

2 large onions, roughly chopped

1 garlic clove, crushed

2tbsp plain flour

2tbsp paprika

400g can chopped tomatoes

salt and pepper

1 medium pepper, chopped

145ml sour cream

 

Fry onions and Quorn in oil. Add garlic and

peppers. Fry until soft.

 Sprinkle in flour and paprika. Add tomatoes and

seasoning and bring to the boil.

 Simmer until thickens, then add sour cream.
