2tsp oil

1 onion, sliced finely

1tsp crushed garlic

1tsp crushed ginger

tofu, cut into small pieces

1tsp chilli powder

1tsp curry powder

2tbsp low fat plain yogurt

30g fresh coriander, chopped

salt and pepper

tbsp hot water

 

 

Heat the oil and stir fry the garlic, ginger and onion.

Add the tofu, curry powder, chilli powder and seasoning. Stir fry until cooked.

Stir in yogurt, coriander and hot water.

Heat through for 4 or 5 minutes then serve.
